Payment Information
Payments are processed by credit card or Paypal, you do not need an account for processing, simply follow the steps outlined at the checkout. If you would prefer to pay by direct bank deposit we are happy to help. Simply email us at info@graceandglory.co.nz and we will supply you with a detailed invoice and banking details.
We use pay by LAYBUY instore. If you would like to make use of this facility please give us a ring in store or email us. LAYBUY.com allows you to receive your product NOW and make 6 weekly interest free payments from your nominated bank account. You will need to register with LAYBUY.com first and have access to a mobile phone when we ring you back. Please email us or give us a ring on 07 460 1056.
Refunds and Exhanges
Grace and Glory want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return your purchase to us in its original form within 7 working days. We are happy to exchange or refund or direct you to an alternative. If the style or size of clothing does not work, please return at your expense for a full refund of the original purchase.
Delivery and Shipping
Standard purchases incur a $7.90 charge for both the North and South Island, including rural delivery.
Larger and weightier items can incur a $15-$25 delivery charge, however this is very rare.
The above excludes furniture items which cannot be practically transported in a box and require freighting services. We will confirm a delivery cost before shipping on furniture and oversized items.
Dispatch of your purchase is normally within 5 - 7 working days, if this is not possible you will be notified.

Please note rural delivery can add an 2-3 days to standard delivery times.
